Anne Phung Nguyen
I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in gorgeous Orange County California with my wonderful wife JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram platform @annephung where I talk about my personal life- the highs the lows and everything in between. I emigrated to America with my family and brothers at the age of one and a half years young. I'm not today sharing my experiences to you, if not for the fact that my parents love perseverance and sacrifice. Knowing that I could have a brighter future as a young adult, I was determined to be successful and do my parents happy. I thought my life would turn out a certain way: graduate of college, find a corporate position, marry and begin the family. The lifestyle I had planned for me was not what it turned out to be. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was a nightmare for me. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I thought I was just wasting my time to make a living. In my search for this new path to work, I discovered that I loved doing fitness. I also loved socializing as well as helping other people. The year 2014 was the year I began my first business of a small scale and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Very few Asian women can be found in this area. I aim to be a change maker within the field to offer quality coaching to empower those around me to make healthier and happier individual by developing a sustainable lifestyle cater to your personal goals and requirements. Additionally, I would like others to be empowered to follow their goals and accomplish whatever they would like to achieve in life. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest satisfaction in my entire life. But, my mom passed away just when my career began to take off. After an eight year struggle against the illness, she's now resting within Heaven. I will never forget her, and continue to keep her in my thoughts and heart. If you don't realize it immediately, nature does a wonderful job of providing us with what we truly require. The death of my mother transformed me in so many ways and I am convinced that she offered me a second chance in life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she died. It was now time for her move to her next chapter as well as my opportunity to lead an authentic and satisfying life. The 30's are the only moment that I feel as if that I'm living my life. I share my life for you to ensure that you will resonate through my thoughts and stories to help you realize that you're not the only one and to be aware that you're able of anything you set your eyes on. You can be sure that the true love has a place in the world where therapy is normal and necessary, that being healthy is your greatest kind of wealth. I pray for you to live the best life possible and that you die without regrets as it is death that is all that we are promised throughout our lives.
