Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her first role as an actor was on the short film Murder on Her Mind. The actress began professional acting in the year 2010 and was offered her first role on film on the film Just Before You Go (2014). Television roles include single-episode appearances on Criminal Minds (TV show) and Married. Her birthplace was Dallas, Texas on the 7th of October in 1986. Her siblings and parents helped raise their daughter. Holland Roden graduated from Hockaday School which is a private girls' school. Holland Roden comes from the medical side of her family, where all belong to molecular biology and women studies at UCLA. Holland Roden studied pre-medical for some time as she wanted to become a cardiothoracic surgeon. She then decided to switch over into the acting field. She also played one-time characters in TV shows such as Major Crimes, Switched at Birth as well as Major Crimes. Two General Hospital episodes, she was next seen as Nurse Kelsey. In 2017, she appeared as Maia Roberts for the Freeform television series Shadowhunters. Raising Dion was her next part. She is set to star alongside Justin Timberlake in Palmer.
